Sr Java Backend Developer

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot).Build and integrate RESTful web services, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.Work on AWS-based cloud infrastructure, supporting application deployment, configuration, and monitoring.Collaborate closely with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated builds, testing, and deployments.Troubleshoot production issues, perform bug fixing, and ensure system stability.Monitor application health using Grafana and system metrics, proactively identifying performance bottlenecks.Follow best practices in code quality, security, and documentation.Required Skill SetProgramming & Backend DevelopmentStrong hands‑on experience in Java for backend development.Working knowledge of Groovy for scripting and automation.Experience with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and enterprise backend systems.API & IntegrationProven experience in designing, developing, testing, and integrating RESTful APIs.Good understanding of API security, versioning, and performance optimization.Cloud & AWSExperience working in AWS cloud environments, including services such as: EC2, S3, RDSLambdaCloudWatchIAMUnderstanding of cloud-native architecture and scalable backend systems.Version Control & CI/CDStrong experience with Git for source code management.Hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipeline configuration and management using modern tools.Monitoring & ObservabilityExperience with Grafana for monitoring dashboards and observability.Ability to track system metrics Send your CVs at brahmi.g@i-q.co
