Sr. Java EngineerAbout the roleWe're hiring a Sr. Java Engineer to support a large-scale infrastructure modernization effort. You'll work on high-throughput services, contribute to a multi-year consolidation project, and eventually take on our proprietary licensing and cryptography systems.What you'll work onFirst 90 days: Get up to speed on our hybrid infrastructure and Java 8–25 codebase; start contributing to our REST APIs and Spring Boot services.First year: Help consolidate services, improve reliability, and increase throughput as part of our infrastructure modernization project.Longer term: Take ownership of our licensing and cryptography systems, which support digital goods delivery to millions of users.Requirements7+ years of hands-on Java developmentExperience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQLStrong API design skillsComfortable with Agile workflows and AI-assisted development toolsNice to haveBS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experienceFront-end experience with modern UI frameworksAbout PACE Anti-PiracySince 1985, PACE Anti-Piracy has been a global leader in software protection, license management, and security.
