The company has a growing international presence, with offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Germany, and the Netherlands.Role Description The Sr. Learning and Development Specialist (Arabic Speaker) is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that support PSI’s strategic objectives and the development of team members across Sales, Leasing, Marketing, Business Development, and other departments. Daily tasks include conducting training needs analyses, developing instructional materials, facilitating in-person workshops and coaching sessions, and managing learning activities through appropriate systems and tools. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to align training content with business priorities, monitoring learning outcomes and performance metrics, and continuously improving programs based on feedback and data. The specialist will ensure that training content is available in Arabic where required and that learning initiatives support a high-performance, customer-focused culture.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Training & Development skills, including needs analysis, program design, delivery, and evaluation.Candidates should possess Learning Management capabilities, including managing learning plans, tracking participation, and using learning management systems or similar platforms.Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills, including designing curricula, developing training materials, and applying adult learning principles.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Coaching skills, with the ability to facilitate group sessions, provide constructive feedback, and support individual development.Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English are required, with the ability to create and deliver training in both languages.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in L&D or Instructional Design are an advantage.Relevant experience in learning and development, preferably within real estate, property management, or a fast-paced commercial environment.Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate across multicultural teams.
