WE'RE HIRING: Senior Legal Manager – Real Estate Private Equity & Investment (Dubai, UAE)Our team at See & Recruit is partnering with a leading real estate financial services and investment firm in Dubai to recruit an exceptionally talented Senior Legal Manager.In this role, you will lead transaction structuring, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance across high-value real estate funds and investment platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesStructure and execute real estate investment vehicles, joint ventures, and fund entities under DIFC frameworks and UAE laws.Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents, loan facility agreements, equity structures, and real estate acquisition contracts.Advise executive leadership on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and corporate governance across regional investment mandates.Manage relationships with regulatory authorities (e.g., DFSA/DIFC), external legal counsel, and institutional partners.Key RequirementsExperience: Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification legal experience in the UAE.DIFC Expertise: In-depth knowledge of DIFC corporate structures, fund regulations, and regulatory frameworks.Industry Background: Solid background in Real Estate Finance, Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, or Real Estate Development.Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking skills are strongly preferred.How to ApplyIf your profile aligns with this position, please apply directly to this job post.
