Sr Manager/Associate Director, Commercial Events & EngagementOur growing biotech client is looking for a Sr Manager or Associate Director to join their team and help shape the strategy, execution, and operational excellence behind commercial meetings, congresses, speaker programs, and HCP engagement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end planning and execution of sales meetings, launch events, speaker programs, and congressesBuild scalable processes, SOPs, and planning frameworks for commercial events and HCP engagementManage vendors, budgets, logistics, and event operationsPartner with Commercial, Marketing, Training, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and external stakeholdersDevelop metrics, dashboards, and post-event insights to optimize performanceEnsure compliance with Sunshine Act and industry regulationsQualifications7+ years of biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences experience3+ years managing commercial events, congresses, speaker programs, or HCP engagementsExperience supporting pre-launch or launch-stage organizations preferredStrong expertise in event management platforms (CVENT preferred)Proven success managing complex cross-functional initiatives, budgets, and external vendorsBachelor's degree required; CMP certification preferredAbility to travel up to 40%We're seeking a strategic, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building impactful experiences that drive commercial success.
