Sr. Manager - Ad Sales (Print)

Job descriptionLocation - Navi Mumbai.Role Objective:- Drive print advertising revenue and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.- Develop strategic relationships with key clients and media agencies.- Lead sales initiatives, key accounts and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and volume targets for print advertising.- Acquire new clients and grow revenue from existing key accounts.- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and media agencies.- Develop and present customized advertising proposals and media solutions.- Negotiate rates, packages, commercial terms and close high-value deals.- Develop sector-wise and account-wise sales strategies to maximize revenue.- Client retention- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, MIS and regular revenue reviews.- Identify new markets, categories and emerging advertising opportunities.- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and advertising spends.- Coordinate with editorial, marketing, operation, creative, production and finance teams for smooth campaign execution.- Monitor billing, collections and outstanding payments in coordination with finance.- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.- Team Target achievement- Agency's revenue growthQualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related field.- 7-12 years of relevant experience in media/advertising sales, preferably print media.- Strong corporate and media-agency relationships.- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.- Strong business development and account-management capabilities.- Revenue-oriented, analytical and strategic mindset.- Ability to lead teams and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Explore integrated Print + Events opportunities wherever applicable.Interested candidates can mail your cvs to hr.mum@lokmat.com, with Current CTC mentioned.
