Location: RemoteShift: 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM ISTRequired Qualifications:EducationMBBS, MD or BDS/Dentist with significant clinical and training experience.Experience12 years' experience in US healthcare operations/programs, clinical practice, clinical quality, Medicare Advantage, Risk Adjustment, or home health assessments.Demonstrated experience in clinical training, quality management, and stakeholder engagement within the US healthcare environment.

Position Summary:Lead Clinical Training and Quality Assurance for the US In-Home Health Assessment business. Serve as the clinical subject matter expert responsible for training US-based nurses and healthcare professionals, driving quality performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and deliver comprehensive clinical training programs.Create competency assessments, certification programs, and continuing education initiatives.Train and onboard US nurses, nurse practitioners, and other clinical professionals.Lead quality reviews, audits, calibration sessions, and performance improvement initiatives.Identify knowledge gaps and implement corrective and preventive action plans.Act as the clinical SME for chronic disease management, preventive care, documentation standards, and Medicare Advantage programs.Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and client-specific requirements.Manage and mentor trainers, quality specialists, and clinical support teams.Partner closely with US stakeholders, clients, and operational leadership to drive business objectives.Develop impactful Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for executive reviews, client meetings, training workshops, leadership reporting, and business updates. Clinical Knowledge Requirements:Strong understanding of:Chronic disease managementPreventive care and wellness programsClinical documentation standardsMedicare Advantage programsQuality Improvement methodologies Leadership & Communication:Proven people leadership and team management experience.Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.Excellent coaching, mentoring, and performance management capabilities.Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills.Ability to influence US clinical teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and client leadership.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Travel Requirements:Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including the United States.Conduct on-site training sessions, quality reviews, client meetings, calibration sessions, workshops, and support new program implementations. Work Schedule:Ability to work across US time zones to support clinical operations, client interactions, and training initiatives.
