Sr Manager - Commercial Events

We are seeking a Senior Manager/Manager – Commercial Events & Engagement to lead Speaker Programs Operations Strategy and support the planning, execution, and optimization of commercial events and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.7+ years of experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or a related industry.3+ years of experience managing commercial events, speaker programs, HCP engagements, or related activities.Proven experience managing end-to-end event logistics and external vendors.Experience with Cvent or similar event-management platforms.Strong understanding of U.S. HCP compliance and Sunshine Act requirements.Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, forecasting, and procurement activities.Strong analytical skills with experience developing metrics, dashboards, and reports.Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
