Apply & track with Apply EdgeAl Jomaih Energy & Water (AEW) headquartered in Saudi Arabia, is a fast-growing investor, lead developer, and operator of utility and infrastructure projects in various geographical markets such as KSA, GCC, Asia & North Africa, with investments in 6 GW of Conventional and Solar power plants, and around 700,000 m3/day of water.AEW was established in 2007, as a subsidiary of Al Jomaih Holding Company, a leading Saudi conglomerate with a legacy spanning over 80 years, focused on enabling sustainable, social, and economic progress in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and beyond.At AEW, our mission is to tackle new technologies, solve complex problems, and leverage our expertise to unlock opportunities in the Power, Renewables & Water Sectors, while driving impact for our stakeholders across the value chain.OverviewSupport the Head of Corporate Finance in managing financing activities, banking relationships, debt portfolio administration, corporate finance operations and strategic financing initiatives across AEW entities.Department: Corporate FinanceReporting Structure: Reporting to Head of Corporate FinanceLocation [Dammam / Riyadh], Saudi ArabiaRequirementsJob Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)Financing & Debt ManagementSupport execution of corporate finance transactions across AEW entitiesCoordinate with lenders, banks, advisors, rating agencies and legal counselAssist in reviewing financing proposals, term sheets and facility documentationMonitor facilities, repayment schedules and covenant complianceSupport credit rating exerciseMaintain financing databases, debt schedules and facility documentationBanking Relationship ManagementMaintain day-to-day relationships with banksCoordinate lender information requests, renewals and amendmentsTrack facility utilization, pricing, limits and renewal requirementsCF OperationsSupport liquidity planning for CF transactionsManage execution of CF paymentsMonitor bank accounts to ensure availability of sufficient funds to meet CF obligations in a timely mannerEnsure timely issuance and renewal of bid bonds, performance bonds and LCsManage administration of Equity Bridge Loan facilitiesFinancial Analysis & ReportingMaintain corporate finance exposure reports and debt schedulesKeep up to date lender information packs (including KYC)Support financial analysis related to financing initiativesQualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline. Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CFA or CTP preferred 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Corporate Banking, Credit Admin or Financial Institutions.
