Hiring: Sr Manager – Manufacturing & OperationsFuture Progression: Manufacturing Head /Chief Operating Officer (COO)Location: Noida | Company: JSD Electronics India Pvt. Ltd.JSD Electronics is looking for a senior manufacturing leader to manage its complete factory operations—from product-development handover and NPI to sourcing, production, box-build, quality, dispatch, customer service and factory profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all factory department managers and daily operations.Manage the complete order-to-dispatch cycle.Control PPC, Purchase, Store, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Commercial, Dispatch and Customer Operations.Drive product industrialisation from development to mass production.Manage manpower, machines, materials, methods, measurement and factory environment.Ensure customer commitments, quality and on-time delivery.Maintain factory compliance, safety, security and audit readiness.Control inventory, working capital, manufacturing costs and factory P&L.Improve productivity, capacity, customer experience and profitability.Build a strong second line of departmental leadership.Candidate ProfileB.Tech/B.E.; MBA in Operations preferred.12–20 years of manufacturing and operations experience.Minimum 5 years in a plant/factory leadership role.Electronics, EMS, automotive electronics, IoT or telematics experience preferred.Strong understanding of SMT, box-build, supply chain, quality, ERP and factory costing.Experience managing departmental heads and factory P&L.Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, ISO and continuous improvement.The selected candidate will have a performance-based opportunity to progress to COO within 18–24 months.Apply through LinkedIn with your updated CV, current CTC, expected CTC and notice period.
