This role partners closely with executive leadership to deliver financial insights, drive cost discipline, and support strategic planning across a high-volume, field-driven organization. The ideal candidate is a self-directed leader with strong analytical instincts, comfort with distributed P&L structures, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead monthly financial reporting, reforecasting, and variance analysis across corporate functions and business units, with a lens toward field-level performance and unit economicsOwn the annual budgeting and planning cycle, incorporating store/territory-level inputs and aligning to company-wide targetsBuild and maintain financial models that track performance across multiple revenue streams including B2B, Residential, Retail, and Phone marketsPartner with Operations and field leadership to analyze productivity, cost allocation, and indirect cost recoveryDrive financial process improvement initiatives in project billing, contract compliance, and reportingLead, coach, and develop the FP&A team with a focus on quality, accountability, and growthDeliver ad hoc analyses for executive leadership, external clients, and audit teamsRequirementsBA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred6+ years of overall finance experience, with at least 2 years in a people management roleProven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong FP&A fundamentals including financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting High business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and strong communication skillsSelf-directed and comfortable operating with autonomy; brings a leadership mindset, not just an execution mindsetBackground in multi-unit consumer, retail, or franchise financial managementExperience with revenue forecasting across B2B, Residential, Retail, and Phone channelsPreferred QualificationsExperience at a company navigating growth toward $1B+ in revenueBackground in or exposure to private equity-backed environmentsExperience working within or alongside a direct sales organizationOpportunity to grow and develop as a strategic thinker, with increasing influence over how finance shapes company-wide decisionsProficiency in Python and/or SQL for financial data analysisFamiliarity with AI tools and demonstrated comfort incorporating emerging technology into workflowsExperience with Great Plains and/or Salesforce.comBenefitsCompetitive compensation with bonus potentialMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysHigh ownership and visibility — your architectural decisions will shape how Cydcor uses AI for years to comeA culture that values innovation, autonomy, and impactAbout CydcorCydcor is a leader in outsourced sales, partnering with Fortune 500 and emerging companies to drive customer acquisition and growth.
