Senior Engineering Manager, Integrations

Location: Remote – United StatesCompensation: Up to $200K base + bonus + equityType: Full-TimeWe are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead an Integrations Engineering team for a fast-growing cybersecurity technology company.This is a hands-on leadership role for an engineering manager who enjoys building strong teams while remaining close to the technology.

The position will be approximately 60% engineering leadership and 40% hands-on technical involvement, with responsibility for mentoring engineers, driving technical decisions, and helping the team solve complex integration and production challenges.What You'll DoLead and develop a team of engineers responsible for building and supporting integrationsOwn technical triage and help guide the team through complex engineering and production issuesMentor engineers through architecture, design, and implementation decisionsManage and improve the team's on-call rotationOwn hiring and help scale the engineering organizationEstablish and improve internal engineering processesPartner closely with engineering leadership on technical priorities and team growthRemain hands-on enough to effectively coach engineers and contribute when neededWhat We're Looking ForExperience managing an engineering team, ideally focused on integrations, backend systems, or platform engineeringStrong software engineering background with the ability to remain technically hands-onExperience with Go, AWS, and KubernetesExperience operating and scaling cloud-based SaaS applicationsExperience managing production systems and on-call rotationsTrack record of hiring, mentoring, and developing engineersExperience working within a smaller or high-growth technology companyComfortable operating in an environment where processes are still being builtStrong ownership mentality and the ability to drive initiatives without significant oversightThe company is entering an important stage of growth and expects its engineering organization to expand significantly over the next phase of the business.This is an opportunity to take ownership of an important engineering function while having a direct impact on how the team hires, operates, and scales.
