Sr. Manager – Microsoft Identity & Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Job ObjectiveWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Identity & Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and efficient identity, collaboration, and cloud infrastructure solutions across on-premises and Microsoft cloud environments.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, Defender, Purview, Identity Governance, Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and SSO technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity & Access ManagementManage and implement Active Directory migration, consolidation, modernization, and hybrid identity projects.Design and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments and hybrid identity solutions.Configure Entra ID Identity Governance, including Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, and Lifecycle Workflows.Implement enterprise SSO using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.Configure and manage Conditional Access, MFA, and passwordless authentication.Implement and support Windows Hello for Business.Microsoft 365 & CollaborationManage Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange environments.Administer and secure SharePoint Online.Manage Microsoft Teams, including lifecycle management, governance, and policies.Administer OneDrive for Business, ensuring security, compliance, and backup integration.Support Microsoft 365 adoption, governance, and security strategies.Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls.Endpoint Management & SecurityManage Microsoft Intune for endpoint and mobile device management.Implement Windows Autopilot and endpoint compliance policies.Manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender XDR.Support Defender for Cloud Apps and endpoint security initiatives.Implement and manage BitLocker and related endpoint security controls.Configure Microsoft Purview, including DLP, compliance, and Sensitivity Labels.Automation & IntegrationUtilize Microsoft Graph API for automation, reporting, integrations, and identity management.Develop PowerShell scripts and automated workflows for provisioning, access reviews, compliance, and administrative tasks.Use Azure Automation and other Microsoft automation tools to improve operational efficiency.Integrate Microsoft identity services with external enterprise applications and platforms.Architecture, Planning & ImplementationConduct assessments of existing hybrid and cloud environments.Design and implement secure identity and cloud infrastructure solutions.Prepare technical documentation, architecture documents, procedures, and implementation plans.Lead implementation, testing, deployment, and knowledge-transfer activities.Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Application teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.Provide technical leadership and independently manage assigned projects and initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.Strong practical experience in Microsoft identity, cloud, and collaboration technologies.Required Technical SkillsMicrosoft Identity & IAM – ExpertMicrosoft Active DirectoryMicrosoft Entra ID / Azure ADAD migration and consolidationHybrid IdentityHybrid JoinSeamless SSOIdentity GovernanceAccess ReviewsEntitlement ManagementLifecycle WorkflowsSSO – SAML / OIDC / OAuthConditional AccessMFAPasswordless AuthenticationWindows Hello for BusinessMicrosoft 365 – ExpertExchange Online / Hybrid ExchangeSharePoint OnlineMicrosoft TeamsOneDrive for BusinessMicrosoft 365 Administration and GovernanceAutomation & Integration – ExpertPowerShellMicrosoft Graph APIAzure AutomationIdentity and compliance workflow automationEndpoint & Security – Working KnowledgeMicrosoft IntuneWindows AutopilotMicrosoft Defender for EndpointMicrosoft Defender XDRDefender for Cloud AppsBitLockerMicrosoft PurviewDLPSensitivity LabelsMicrosoft 365 ComplianceCloud Infrastructure – ExpertHybrid and cloud infrastructure assessmentSolution architecture and implementationIdentity and cloud securityTechnical documentationTesting and deploymentKnowledge transferBehavioral CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to lead projects independently.Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.High attention to detail and commitment to security best practices.Ability to troubleshoot complex identity and cloud infrastructure issues.Strong ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.Also, you can submit your CV through the link below for more upcoming job vacancies:https://cv-fnrco.com
