We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us.The RoleWe're seeking a Sr. Manager of Distribution and Inventory to lead distribution operations and inventory management across Framebridge's studio network. This role is accountable for coordinating the full order cycle, maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehousing and transportation operations, and building a team culture rooted in efficiency, precision, and continuous improvement. We foster an inclusive, equitable, and collaborative environment where remarkable individuals take pride in their craft, elevate the customer experience, and are empowered to do the best work of their careers.As Sr. Manager of Distribution and Inventory, You Will:Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle from inbound receiving through outbound delivery, ensuring on-time, damage-free fulfillment that reflects Framebridge's commitment to handling customers' most treasured pieces with care.Own inventory accuracy across studio locations, establishing cycle count programs, reconciliation processes, and controls that maintain real-time visibility into stock levels and minimize shrink.Plan and track shipments of finished products according to customer requirements, monitoring carrier performance and delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement in on-time rates and cost-per-delivery.Partner with the procurement team to align inventory replenishment with demand signals, production schedules, and service level targets, preventing stockouts and excess without sacrificing throughput.Supervise, coach, and develop distribution and inventory staff, including oversight of hiring, scheduling, performance management, and career development.Arrange and optimize warehouse layout, slotting, and inventory positioning to ensure efficient use of space, assets, and labor across locations.Maintain accurate records of inventory positions, executed orders, transport costs, and operational metrics. Prepare clear, actionable reports for senior leadership.Liaise and negotiate with carriers, suppliers, and vendors, managing relationships with parcel, LTL, and FTL providers to secure competitive rates while maintaining service standards.Ensure all distribution and inventory operations comply with applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Champion a safety-first culture on the floor.Resolve operational problems and inventory discrepancies swiftly, ensuring root causes are identified, documented, and eliminated.Meet and exceed targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness by leveraging data and operational systems such as WMS, TMS, and inventory management platforms.Partner with studio operations, supply chain, retail, and ecommerce teams to align distribution and inventory capacity with business demand and peak season requirements.Identify and implement process improvements and technology innovations that improve inventory accuracy, throughput, and cost efficiency. Who You Are:6 or more years in distribution, inventory management, or supply chain operations, with proven experience leading teams across both warehousing and inventory control functions. Deep understanding of inventory management principles including cycle counting, FIFO/FEFO, reconciliation, and shrink reduction in a manufacturing or fulfillment environment.Hands-on experience with warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment operations. Direct experience managing carrier relationships and last-mile delivery is preferred.Strong analytical skills with comfort tracking KPIs, interpreting operational data, and translating findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership.Proven people leader with a track record of developing teams, holding people accountable, and building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, or transportation management systems (TMS).Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. You stay composed under pressure and resolve issues with urgency and precision.A bias for action. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.Framebridge, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role at the time of posting.
