Sr. Manager – Projects - Real Estate (FIDIC)Role Overview:Responsible for end-to-end project management, covering design, tendering, procurement, construction, contracts, quality, safety, authority approvals and project handover. The role ensures projects are delivered within approved cost, timelines, scope and quality standards, while managing consultants, contractors, subcontractors and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from pre-construction and design through execution, handover and close-out.Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, cash flow, resources and risk plans.Manage consultants, designers, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.Oversee design development, design reviews, value engineering and authority approvals.Lead the tendering and procurement process, including BOQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations and contract awards.Manage contracts, variations, claims, extensions of time and commercial risks, including FIDIC contracts.Monitor construction progress through regular site visits and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality and HSE standards.Lead project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.Monitor project costs, schedules, quality and contractor performance, implementing corrective actions where required.Manage project changes, risks, delays and technical/commercial issues.Prepare project progress reports, budgets, forecasts and management updates.Coordinate statutory approvals, NOCs and construction clearances.Ensure proper project documentation, handover, snagging and project close-out.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.10+ years of experience in construction/project management, including interiors and civil works.Strong UAE experience in high-rise residential and commercial tower projects is mandatory.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction processes and project controls.Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera and Aconex.Strong knowledge of construction materials, building standards, regulations and quality requirements.Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and commercial skills.
