At the heart of our transformation, the Sr Manager RO analytics & Operations Research plays a pivotal role in building the commercial data ecosystem. He’s a catalyst for change. The role will develop data-driven tools & AI enabled models and optimization solutions that empower smarter commercial and revenue management decisions and enhance efficiency.The role is responsible for ensuring all the RO data solutions are reliable, scalable, secure and aligned with strategic goals. The role reports directly to Revenue optimisation & Steering leadership.The role serves as a key decision-maker in revenue steering, aligning closely with senior leadership in Trade, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and Park Operations to maximize revenue, attendance, and profitability through accurate tools designed as per Miral standardsAdditionally, the role involves identifying and executing necessary business process changes, analysing demand trends, market dynamics, and operational processes to optimize revenue opportunities. The position requires defining strategic priorities to support data-driven decision-making and maximize profitability while ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Also focuses on building & fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-value delivery .Job Summary:From shaping the data solution roadmap to embedding advanced analytics, AI, and intelligent automation, the role will drive innovation with purpose working iteratively, adapting quickly and delivering measurable impact. With a future-focused mindset and hands-on approach to modernize the analytics capabilities and champion the use of AI and solve complex RO problems such as price elasticity, demand forecasting, price optimization, customer segmentation etc.Strategic Data & Analytics LeadershipDefine and continuously evolve the Revenue Optimization Data Solution Roadmap aligned with Miral Destinations’ strategic objectives.Prioritize high-impact initiatives that future-proof the RO function and strengthen competitive positioning.Identify and champion AI, operations research, and optimization use cases across revenue management, marketing, distribution, and trade.Commercial Insights & Decision SupportDeliver commercially actionable recommendations in real time, partnering closely with pricing and business performance teams.Lead the insights team to provide forward-looking outlooks on visitation, revenue, and performance scenarios.Produce ROI reports, post-campaign analyses, and extract learnings to inform future pricing and marketing strategies.Build tools that accurately track pricing and inventory management performance.Data Governance & ArchitectureGovern the ingestion, transformation, and maintenance of commercial data into the DTD environment.Ensure the commercial data warehouse is robust, near real-time, and aligned with evolving business structures and metrics through data catalogue definitions with DTD & data integrity.Collaborate with DTD, Finance, and Pricing to redesign historical segmentation and financial DL groupings, enabling a clean and accurate data product infrastructure.Analytics Products & VisualizationOversee the creation and evolution of Power BI dashboards and analytical products that provide end-to-end visibility of commercial performance.Build evaluation frameworks and deploy smart solutions that enhance decision-making and operational performance.Drive a culture of insight-led decision-making by making data accessible, visual, relevant, and actionable within revenue management team and Miral DestinationsDesign tools to measure pricing and revenue & volume impactUse different data levers to build insights used for forecasting and budget exercise using demographics, macroeconomics and internal and external insights cross collaboratively with Business performance teams & include Use cases from business into the RO internal intelligence tools for Miral DestinationsAutomation & Process OptimizationDesign and lead automation initiatives across commercial functions to maximize efficiency and minimize manual intervention.Identify manual processes and partner with Digital Technology Data teams to redesign workflows, embed digital tools, and deliver measurable efficiency gains.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital agility across revenue and commercial teams.Performance Analysis & Revenue OptimizationWork with large datasets to analyze ticketing revenue streams and identify opportunities for yield improvement, conversion growth, and upsell optimization.Identify internal and external trends to support financial and operational planning.Standardize promotional tracking and collaborate with DTD to refine the data architecture for promotions and pricingTechnology IntegrationSpearhead the deployment of advanced revenue management technologies including AI-driven forecasting tools, elasticity models, and integrated ticketing solutions to enhance revenue management processes, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the guest experience. Continuously adapt and evolve business processes, data utilization, and system capabilities within the Revenue Optimization department to stay ahead of industry trendsLead cross-functional collaboration with BI, DTD, and Digital teams to build a robust data infrastructure and real-time reporting capabilities.Champion process transformation to shift focus from manual reporting to strategic insight generation. Lead the deployment of innovative technology solutions, including advanced dynamic pricing systems in Revenue Management. Oversee project delivery to ensure Miral Destinations adopts state-of-the-art tools that position the organization for success in the evolving landscape of AI-driven revenue management.Ensure sustainable delivery through strong platform governance, high system availability, and responsive support tools in partnership with IT.Cross-Functional & Executive CollaborationPartner with Trade, Digital, Marketing, pricing, DTD and Finance to ensure commercial alignment and unified execution.Our Process are simple & focusedDrive the transformation of RM processes into leaner, more flexible, and streamlined workflows. Utilize visual aids and data visualization techniques to convey complex pricing concepts in an accessible and engaging manner to key leadership teams MD/MX leadership teamsEssential:Bachelor or Master’s degree Finance, Mathematics, data science, operations research, Engineering or equivalent.
