Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionJob Ref ID: JR0087962Whats on your plate?Q-Commerce Performance & AnalyticsTrack and analyze Q-commerce performance metrics across all talabat markets - identifying trends, anomalies, and high-value improvement areasBuild and maintain dashboards with data team that provide real-time visibility into Q-commerce KPIs across the regionPrepare data-driven performance reviews for senior leadership, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insightsConduct deep-dive analysis on specific markets to pinpoint turnaround opportunities, growth levers, and profitability improvementsP&L ManagementPartner with market teams on Q-commerce budgeting, forecasting, and Best Estimate (BE) cyclesProactively identify risks and opportunities to exceed financial targets across Q-commerce verticalsTrack P&L performance against targets and surface corrective actions when neededSpecial Projects & ExecutionLead end-to-end Q-commerce strategic initiatives across markets - from scoping through to deliveryTravel regularly to markets to work alongside local teams on turnaround and growth projectsDevelop business cases for new Q-commerce products and initiatives; drive alignment with leadership and oversee executionIdentify cross-functional process improvements that enhance Q-commerce operational efficiencyInnovation & AIIdentify and drive AI and automation opportunities within Q-commerce operationsWork with regional and market teams to test, scale, and embed new tools and ways of workingActively leverage AI tools to enhance analytical workflows and accelerate executionWhat did we order?Education: Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.8–10 years of experience in quick-commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, management consulting, or high-growth techDeep understanding of Q-commerce economics - unit economics, basket size, delivery efficiency, assortment strategyStrong financial acumen - P&L management, financial modelling, budgetingHighly analyticalComfortable operating with senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignmentWillingness to travel regularly across the MENA regionAI fluency - actively uses AI tools to enhance productivity and analytical output
