Sr Marketing Manager Remote or Onsite/ Hybrid – Edinburgh, IN Compensation DOE: 125-150kPosition Overview:We’re partnering with a growing global manufacturer seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead its U.S. marketing function and help drive the next phase of growth.This is an opportunity for someone who wants to do more than manage campaigns. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, sales, engineering and operations to identify new markets, develop go-to-market strategies, strengthen the brand and turn market opportunities into measurable business growth.What You’ll Do as a Sr Marketing Manager:Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategyIdentify new markets, applications, customer segments, and growth opportunitiesLead market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insight initiativesDevelop positioning, messaging, and differentiated value propositionsOwn go-to-market strategies for new products, solutions, and market opportunitiesLead product launches and commercialization initiativesDrive demand generation through digital marketing, content, events, trade shows, and targeted campaignsPartner closely with Sales to develop tools, messaging, presentations, and market insightsCollaborate with Engineering, Product Development, Operations, Sales, and executive leadershipEstablish marketing KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and business impactManage the marketing budget and prioritize investmentsLead and develop a small marketing team What We’re Looking For:10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including leadership responsibility Experience within manufacturing, industrial products, engineered products, packaging or a similar B2B environment Strong background in market development, product commercialization and go-to-market strategy Proven ability to identify and develop new market opportunities Experience translating technical products into compelling customer value propositions Strong strategic, analytical and executive communication skills Experience leading and developing marketing professionals Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus Send your resume to Des Nugent: dnugent@moralesgroup.netMorales Professional:At Morales Professional, we believe careers are more than jobs, they are opportunities to build better futures.
