Sr. Merchandiser

Title: Senior Merchandiser

Location: Burbank, CAReports To: SVP of Sales, Merchandising & PlanningWe’re seeking an experienced Merchandiser to support the full product lifecycle across women’s apparel categories.

This role partners closely with design, sales, product development, marketing, e-commerce, and customer service to build commercially relevant assortments, manage line planning, and support seasonal market readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Support line merchandising from concept development through inventory exit.Participate in color, mood, sketch, prototype, pre-line, and final merchandising meetings.Manage SKU planning, assortment strategy, product classification, pricing architecture, and line plans.Communicate product updates, delivery shifts, additions, and changes across cross-functional teams.Review selling performance and share best- and worst-seller insights.Support major markets, tradeshows, visual merchandising direction, and sales tools.Partner on MSRP targets, costing discussions, and margin goals throughout product development.Maintain accurate product information, style setup, descriptions, pricing, and imagery across wholesale platforms.Coordinate requests for exclusives, late additions, specialty assortments, and sales presentations.Support seasonal visual merchandising directives and product reviews with marketing and PR teams.Review product copy for lookbooks, sales materials, e-commerce, and other brand collateral.Maintain master product fact sheets and key information for sales and e-commerce teams.Conduct trend research, competitive analysis, and support merchandising strategy development.
