Technical Expectations:Application Development• Ideally a full-stack engineer with strong experience developing backend services using C#/.NET Core.• Strong experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript.• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, implementation, and integration.• Experience building scalable, maintainable, and well-tested software.• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across distributed systems.Cloud & DevOps• Experience working with AWS, particularly (ECS ,Application Load Balancers, Aurora PostgreSQL, CloudWatch ,Lambda• Experience with Docker and containerized application development.• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions.• Strong troubleshooting skills using application logs, metrics, and observability platforms such as Observe or similar.AI Engineering (Highly Regarded)Exposure to modern AI engineering practices is highly desirable, including:• AI Agents and agentic workflows• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)• Prompt engineering• AI-assisted software development• Developer productivity tools powered by AI
