After the success in local market, Beacon is the most popular Bangladeshi company in global market for its high-tech oncology & hepatitis products.BEACON Pharmaceuticals PLC is a vision-driven company and designed to conform to the Global standards like US FDA, UK MHRA, TGA Australia, WHO cGMP and has set up the dedicated oncology plant in Bangladesh with isolator technology to manufacture anticancer drugs.To support and strengthen our existing team, we are currently looking for a smart, ambitious, energetic, intelligent and committed individual.Job DescriptionAssist in annual budget preparation and financial planning, including collection and consolidation of budget inputs from different departments.Calculate and analyze standard, actual and estimated product costs and identify significant cost movements.Monitor manufacturing costs against approved standards, budgets and historical performance.Analyze material, labor, utility and factory overhead costs and identify key cost drivers.Review production transactions in SAP to ensure accurate recording and allocation of manufacturing costs.Review BMR/BPR, production reports and SAP production data to identify inconsistencies affecting product costing.Analyze production yield and identify abnormal losses, process inefficiencies and cost implicationsMonitor material consumption against BOM/standard consumption and investigate significant variances.Support identification and implementation of cost-saving opportunities across manufacturing operationsAssist in determining appropriate cost allocation methodologies for manufacturing activitiesEducational RequirementsBBA/MBA with at least CGPA 3.00CMA (Part completed)/ CA (Certificate Level)Experience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Pharmaceutical/Medicine CompaniesJob LocationMymensingh (Bhaluka)
