They should be comfortable translating business needs into practical integration patterns, working independently across multiple workstreams, and collaborating with functional, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams. A focus on reliability, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement is essential.Key Job Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions from requirements analysis and technical design through build, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Develop and enhance integrations connecting Oracle Fusion applications with external platforms using appropriate APIs, adapters, events, files, and scheduled processes. Establish reusable components, error-handling standards, monitoring, logging, and operational controls. Coordinate interface testing, defect resolution, release planning, data validation, and cutover activities. Produce technical specifications and support documentation, conduct design and code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and partner with business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet security, performance, and architecture expectations.
Job Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD, authentication methods, and integration security practices.
- Practical experience integrating one or more Oracle Fusion domains such as ERP, SCM, HCM, or EPM.
- Proficiency with relevant Oracle adapters and utilities, including FBDI, HDL, HCM Extracts, UCM, ESS Jobs, OTBI, or BI Publisher.
- Understanding of integration patterns, exception handling, observability, performance tuning, and deployment governance.
- Ability to interpret functional requirements and create clear technical designs, mappings, test evidence, and operational documentation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability, with effective stakeholder communication and cross-team coordination skills.
- Experience with enterprise release, migration, reconciliation, and production-support processes is preferred.
