Applicants can expect to work in an environment that values technical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.QualificationBachelor’s Degree in EngineeringExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling for mechanical and civil projects.Key ResponsibilitiesWork on Primavera for both pre-contract and post-contract activities.Develop project schedules, resource allocation schedules, cash flow projections, and related planning documents.Prepare material take-offs from IFC drawings.Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and HR teams to ensure timely arrangement of required resources.Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with the approved project plan.Develop and implement action plans to recover schedule slippages.Review and understand all relevant project documents and contractual conditions.Develop an appropriate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in coordination with the Project Manager and Client.Review the overall project status with the Project Control Team and recommend corrective actions where necessary.Ensure all cost, planning, and document control reports are prepared in accordance with the Project Control Manual.Conduct CPI analysis, generate progress curves, monitor cash flow and expenses, and provide monthly activity forecasts to site foremen.Review site work progress and continuously monitor it against approved schedules and the client’s major construction milestones.Prepare monthly and weekly planning reports, review and evaluate contractor site progress, identify delays, and issue delay notices.RequirementsPrior experience in heavy industrial projects will be considered an advantage.Demonstrate a strong commitment to Health, Safety, Quality, and Client Satisfaction.Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or have a shorter notice period.Be willing to work across Bahrain and other GCC locations, as required.Salary & BenefitsSalary: NegotiableProfessional working environmentCareer growth opportunities
