Sr. Procurement Manager, Aftermarket PartsOur Global Manufacturing Client's Aftermarket Team is scaling up, and a strong Sr. Procurement Manager is needed to bridge Category Strategy into timely Sourcing Execution so that the correct 3rd Party parts arrives on time and at-cost.The right talented candidate will be adept at managing engineered and customized products, and will also be skilled to manage obsolete designs. There is a preference for a candidate with Aftermarket experience who has exposure to utilizing digital tools and developing analytics dashboards.Responsibilities:Will drive Sourcing events for key categories--pumps, valves, controls, electrical etc,Will manage Supplier Lead times and maintain PFEP data.Procure Carrier-designed (OEM-common) parts and 3rd-party parts to BOM and AVL.Support should-cost analysis with regional market inputs and surface savings opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree5+ years in procurement, sourcing, buying, or materials planning.5+ years' experience ERP proficiency (SAP); familiarity with planningtools (KetteQ / Kinaxis); strong Excel.Preferred HVAC, engineered equipment, aftermarket or capital-equipment exposure.Experience with PFEP, should-costingExperience with external 3rd party parts.
