Sr Procurement Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for a luxury real estate development business based in Dubai. The role will manage strategic sourcing, tendering, commercial negotiations, supplier performance, and procurement governance across development and construction projects, ensuring the best balance of cost, quality, delivery, and commercial risk.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project schedules, budgets, and business requirements.Manage end-to-end procurement for consultants, contractors, subcontractors, materials, FF&E, and other project-related services.Lead tendering processes, including preparation of RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, commercial analysis, clarification, and recommendation for award.Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, warranties, and contractual conditions with suppliers and service providers.Partner with Development, Construction, Design, Finance, and Legal teams to establish procurement requirements and ensure timely appointments.Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with high-quality local and international suppliers, contractors, and consultants.Conduct market benchmarking and cost analysis to identify savings opportunities while maintaining required quality standards.Monitor supplier and contractor performance against agreed commercial terms, delivery schedules, quality requirements, and KPIs.Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval authorities, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.Maintain accurate procurement reporting, including tender status, commitments, cost savings, supplier performance, procurement risks, and upcoming requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Professional procurement qualification such as CIPS is preferred.10+ years of procurement experience, with significant experience in real estate development, construction, hospitality, or luxury property projects.Strong experience managing high-value tenders and complex commercial negotiations.Good understanding of construction procurement, consultant appointments, contractor packages, FF&E, and project delivery.Strong commercial and contractual knowledge with demonstrated cost-management and negotiation capabilities.Established knowledge of the UAE/GCC supplier and contractor market is highly desirable.Strong stakeholder-management skills and experience working with senior leadership and multidisciplinary project teams.Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be an advantage.
