Key Responsibilities
🔹 Educational Initiatives & Program Coordination — End-to-end management of educational programs, from planning to execution and evaluation; primary liaison for instructors, participants, and partners🔹 Human Resources Management (team provided) — Onboarding/offboarding, attendance and leave tracking, grievance resolution, culture and engagement🔹 Financial & Budget Management (team provided) — Budget adherence, expense tracking, cost-saving recommendations, financial reporting🔹 Operations & Administrative Support — Support the Program Director on daily operations, process optimization, facility and vendor management
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experienceStrong communication and presentation skillsExcellent soft skills and interpersonal abilityLiaisoning and stakeholder management experienceSound organizational and management skillsReports to: Program Director
