Sr. Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities Lead projects teams to ensure assigned projects are being completed within approved budget and timeline while meeting company business objectives. Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans. Collaborate with design teams to develop project plans, specifications, procedures and engineering designs. Guide cross-functional teams, review technical designs and engineering documentation. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans. Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure the quality of the project. Provide all needed communication between the stakeholders and ensure that all necessary reviews and approvals are received. Ensure all deliverables adhere to industry compliance and company safety guidelines. Act as primary technical point of contact for Stakeholders, delivering regular progress reports. Perform technical studies to analyze and refine project requirements. Assess the team and provide required guidance and development to improve their capabilities.Qualifications & Prerequisite Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field. 5-10 years of progressive project engineering experience, including Fuel stations projects. Project Management Professional certificate is preferred. leadership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication capabilities. Excellent computer skills, good knowledge with project management software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work to agreed deadlines and timescales. Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety guidelines. Ability to prioritize own time and workload.
