We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager in Laurel, MD.Responsibilities:Responsible for the oversight of all construction efforts at a large project site.Provide direction to the team, coordinates schedules and workloadPerform all project management tasksDay-to-day project management for construction and service projectsCoordination with customers, schedule review and design reviewDevelop solutions to construction problems or existing conditions encountered in the fieldReview contractor submittals for contract performanceProvide aid throughout the acquisition phases of projects including: answering offeror questions, attending/participating in site orientation visits, attending/participating in joint contractor/gov't meetingsDraft technical responses to any change ordersPrepare statement of work and cost estimate for new contracts and contract modificationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum of 20 years project management work experience on commercial or government constructions projects.Project Management experience on projects over $50MPMP or other project management certificateMust have active Secret Clearance - RequiredThis contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
