Sr. Proposal Engineer

Support Jasara's growth objectives by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, while leading bid preparation and proposal management to strengthen the company's market presence and revenue generation.Lead business development and client engagement activities to support growth targetsIdentify and pursue new opportunities across public and private sector clientsManage and coordinate bid and proposal preparation processes from opportunity identification through submissionDevelop high-quality technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partnersConduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunitiesPrepare presentations, proposals, and business cases for prospective clientsSupport contract negotiations and the successful conversion of opportunities into awarded projectsMaintain and report on the business development pipeline, pursuits, and key performance indicators (KPIs)RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering or a related disciplineMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development and/or proposal managementStrong local experience in bid preparation, bid management, and proposal development within a reputable engineering consultancy or project management organization in KSAProven track record in securing new business and supporting revenue growthExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple pursuits simultaneouslyBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageBe part of a collaborative and supportive teamVIP Medical Insurance
