Sr. SailPoint Integration Specialist

We are looking a Sr. SailPoint Integration Specialist to lead development, integration, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and technical governance across on‑premises and cloud SailPoint platforms.This role combines hands-on engineering, L3 production support, and technical leadership of a distributed development team. You will translate business and security requirements into scalable IAM solutions while ensuring platform stability, security, performance, and maintainability. The role partners closely with architects, product owners, analysts, cybersecurity, infrastructure, HR, ITSM, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering: Design, configure, customize, and maintain IIQ solutions, including workflows, rules, lifecycle events, provisioning, certifications, policies, connectors, and Java/API-based extensions.Integration: Build and support integrations with HR systems, Active Directory/Entra ID, ServiceNow, SAP, security platforms, databases, and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, files, and event-based patterns.Upgrades and modernization: Lead platform upgrades, patches, migrations, impact assessments, remediation, test and rollback planning, performance validation, and adoption of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud capabilities.L3 support and quality: Resolve complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, improve monitoring and automated testing, and reduce recurring incidents and manual operations.Technical leadership: Guide distributed developers, review designs and code, establish reusable standards, estimate work, manage technical risks, and mentor the team.Architecture and governance: Ensure solutions follow enterprise IAM, cybersecurity, data-protection, coding, and architecture standards; reduce technical debt and maintain essential documentation.Stakeholder collaboration: Translate requirements into practical solutions, communicate risks clearly, and identify opportunities for automation and improved user experienceRequired Skills & Experience:7+ years of SailPoint experience, with the substantial majority of that time in hands-on IdentityIQ (IIQ) development — not ISC/IdentityNow-only backgrounds. Deep, current fluency in IIQ architecture, object model, Java APIs, BeanShell, workflows, rules, tasks, and customizations.Strong Active Directory integration experience; IQService experience strongly preferred. Must be able to demonstrate hands-on PowerShell scripting.Solid experience with role and access-recertification governance, including role gap analysis and role model cleanup/rationalization.API and integration expertise across REST, SCIM, JDBC, and LDAP; ServiceNow integration experience is a plus.Proven experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, aggregation, and certifications in complex, multi-source enterprise environments.Track record leading IIQ upgrades and customization assessments — connector remediation, regression testing, cutover/rollback, and post-upgrade validation.Strong Java/J2EE, XML, JSON, SQL, and debugging/performance-tuning skills; comfortable working independently through complex technical issues.Working knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) concepts and IIQ-to-cloud migration is a plus, but not a substitute for IIQ depth.Able to operate as an autonomous technical owner who sets and enforces standards — this is an individual-contributor role with real ownership, not an order-taking or purely directive one.Strong cross-cultural collaboration and communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively across France and India based teams.Why choose usAn international community bringing together more than 110 different nationalitiesAn environment where trust is central: 70% of our leaders started their careers at the entry levelA strong training system with our internal Academy and more than 250 modules availableA dynamic work environment that frequently comes together for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.)Amaris Consulting promotes equal opportunities.
