Sr. Sales Engineer – Heavy Commercial Vehicle ( HCVs)

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify , develop and expand HCV sales across fleet, government, waste management, logistics, transportation, rental, and other commercial segments in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.Demonstrate strong product knowledge of Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCVs), including vehicle specifications, applications, and suitability for various customer requirements.Conduct daily customer visits , build and maintain strong, long term relationships with fleet operators, waste management companies, government organizations, logistics and transportation companies, and key commercial customers.Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions based on their operational and application needs, and support customer test drives where required.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting through quotation, negotiation, order placement, delivery, and payment collection.Negotiate and close sales by effectively managing both technical and commercial aspects, including pricing, specifications, terms, and conditions.Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with business objectives.Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospecting, customer engagement, and follow up.Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and activity updates within the CRM .Monitor market trends, customer requirements, pricing, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain market competitiveness.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to customer requirements and smooth execution of orders and deliveries.What we're looking for:Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in heavy commercial vehicle in Dubai & NEBachelor’s engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.Strong technical knowledge of trucksProven business development and customer relationship skillsValid UAE driving licence
