Company: iRectifyDepartment: Group IT / Digital TransformationJob Level: Senior Consultant / Associate Manager / Senior Lead ConsultantReporting To: IT Project ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleiRectify is seeking an experienced Sr. SAP SD Consultant to take end-to-end functional ownership of the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) landscape supporting a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and digital business transformation program.The successful candidate will play a key role across S/4HANA Greenfield implementation, business-as-usual support, continuous improvement, and integration initiatives. The position requires strong expertise in Order-to-Cash, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, customer master data, and SAP SD integrations.Experience with Van Sales, route sales, handheld/mobile sales applications, field-sales operations, e-Invoicing, and FMCG/distribution environments will be highly valued.Key Responsibilities1. SAP S/4HANA TransformationLead SAP SD functional design and implementation activities for S/4HANA Greenfield programs.Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and assess business requirements against SAP Best Practices.Define scalable end-to-end SAP SD solutions aligned with business and digital transformation objectives.Support project planning, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, cutover, migration, go-live, and hypercare.Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize existing business processes.2. Order-to-Cash & SAP SD OperationsOwn and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.Manage sales orders, quotations, contracts, deliveries, picking, goods issues, billing, returns, credit/debit processes, and customer-related transactions.Support pricing, discounts, promotions, rebates, tax determination, output management, and account determination.Analyse production issues and provide functional solutions and root-cause analysis.Ensure operational continuity across multiple business units.3. Van Sales & Mobile SalesLead the SAP SD functional landscape supporting Van Sales and route-sales operations.Support integration with handheld devices, mobile sales applications, field-sales systems, and route-management solutions.Manage processes involving:Route salesMobile order captureVan inventorySales and delivery transactionsCollectionsReturnsStock reconciliationEnd-of-day settlementCustomer invoicingWork closely with sales and distribution teams to optimize field-sales processes.4. Integration & InterfacesManage SAP SD integration with:SAP FISAP MMInventory ManagementLogistics and Warehouse processesE-Invoicing / Tax platformsMobile and handheld applicationsMiddleware/integration platformsThird-party applicationsWork closely with ABAP, integration, middleware, infrastructure, and external implementation teams.Analyse interface failures and coordinate functional resolution.Define interface requirements, mappings, validations, and business rules.5. E-Invoicing & ComplianceSupport SAP SD processes related to electronic invoicing and tax compliance.Ensure billing and invoicing processes comply with applicable regulatory and business requirements.Coordinate with Finance, Tax, integration, and technical teams on e-Invoicing solutions.Support audit requirements, internal controls, data integrity, and compliance initiatives.6. Business Process ImprovementAnalyse existing SD processes and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and standardization.Improve O2C, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, credit management, customer management, and output processes.Recommend SAP-standard solutions wherever practical and minimize unnecessary customizations.Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.7. WRICEF & Functional SpecificationsOwn and manage SD-related requirements.Prepare detailed Functional Specifications, business process documentation, and solution designs.Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.Coordinate with developers and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.Review delivered solutions and validate them against business requirements.8. Testing, Cutover & Go-LivePrepare and execute functional and integration testing.Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and expected results.Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.Support data validation and master-data readiness.Participate in cutover planning and execution.Provide go-live and post-go-live stabilization support.9. Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementWork closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Distribution, Supply Chain, and business-unit stakeholders.Act as the key SAP SD functional point of contact for business and IT teams.Manage requirements, priorities, functional risks, and issue resolution.Coordinate effectively with SAP implementation partners, vendors, and support teams.Communicate complex SAP concepts clearly to business stakeholders.10.
