Sr. SharePoint Developer / Full Stack

We are looking for an experienced Senior SharePoint Developer / Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience in SharePoint development and design, along with solid expertise in C#, SQL, CSOM, JSOM, REST APIs, and SharePoint administration/configuration.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise SharePoint applications and solutions. The role also requires exposure to modern full-stack technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with experience working in large enterprise environments.The candidate should be technically strong, self-driven, comfortable influencing multiple teams, and capable of communicating technical solutions effectively to senior and executive stakeholders.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise SharePoint solutions and applicationsLead SharePoint development activities across the application lifecycle, from requirement understanding and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and supportDevelop and integrate solutions using SharePoint, C#, SQL, CSOM, JSOM, and REST APIsDesign and develop SharePoint-based applications, workflows, custom components, integrations, and enterprise solutionsConfigure and administer SharePoint services and related application componentsDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts for SharePoint administration, automation, deployment, and operational activitiesWork with IIS, hosting environments, Web Application Pools, service/application accounts, and account permissionsCollaborate with architecture, business, infrastructure, security, QA, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutionsEnsure application and technical architecture meets enterprise engineering, security, scalability, and performance standardsParticipate in technical design discussions, code reviews, technology evaluations, and architecture decisionsResearch and benchmark technologies against industry and best-in-class solutions and recommend appropriate improvementsEnsure adherence to coding standards, secure development practices, unit testing, documentation, and engineering best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, hosting, and production issuesWork within Agile delivery teams and participate in relevant Agile ceremonies and delivery activitiesMentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers and development teamsInfluence multiple teams through technical expertise and contribute to improving engineering productivity and effectivenessTake ownership of assigned initiatives and drive them independently while collaborating effectively across the organizationCommunicate technical concepts, architecture decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior and executive managementRequired Technical SkillsSharePoint - Exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js will provide an additional advantage.Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or large enterprise environments is strongly preferred.
