Sr. Site Supervisor

Job Summary: Sr. Site Supervisor set of skills required:In depth understanding of subsequent site activities and site conditionsIn depth knowledge in joinery works installation and technical requirementsResponsible to manage the site team/ installers team and actively report incidents to the project’s PMResponsible to maintain site safety including staff and equipmentResponsible to ensure all site team (internal and/or third party) are dressed in the work uniform including the safety helmets and safety shoesResponsible to maintain site housekeeping and site/items protection of installed works and/or of others workResponsible to rectify NCR’s in timely mannerResponsible to take and validate site measurementsResponsible to monitor storage stock distribution during installation phase and ensure items are installed in the right locations based on the approved shop drawings and key plansDaily reporting to PM about site team presence, any site issues, equipment requirements and petty cash consumption including invoicesSupport in providing solutions of technical issues and site conditionsSupport in project closeout process until obtaining of TOC Priority requirements:Responsibilitieso  Years of experience: 10~15o  Domain: joineryo  Certificate: Diploma in Interior Design or equivalento  Strong joinery/furniture industry experience.o  Preferably immediate joiners or candidates with a very short notice period.
