About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and modern backend technologies. Experience with frontend templating technologies such as Thymeleaf and a solid understanding of distributed systems are essential. Exposure to Python and emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), will be considered a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Build and maintain microservices-based architectures with a focus on reliability, performance, and security. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems. Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance. Implement asynchronous communication patterns using RabbitMQ or other message brokers (Kafka, ActiveMQ, etc.). Utilize Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization. Develop server-side rendered web applications using Thymeleaf where applicable. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural decisions. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.Requirement & Skills:Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17+) and Spring Boot. Hands-on experience with Spring ecosystem components such as Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud. Experience designing and implementing Microservices architectures. Strong experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases. Experience with RabbitMQ or other messaging platforms such as Kafka, ActiveMQ, or Amazon SQS. Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and distributed data management. Experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party services. Familiarity with Thymeleaf and server-side web application development. Understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean coding practices. Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Remarks: Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Python development. Exposure to AI/ML applications and modern AI frameworks.
