This is a highly visible opportunity for a senior, hands-on hardware engineer to own complex board designs from architecture and schematic development through bring-up, validation, and production.Who you are:12+ years of hands-on hardware engineering experience with a strong background in server, data center, enterprise, or high-performance computing platforms.Deep expertise in complex board-level hardware design, including server motherboards, PCIe cards, accelerator boards, or other high-performance compute platforms.Strong hands-on experience with schematic design, high-layer-count PCB/layout, PCIe, DDR/memory interfaces, high-speed connectivity, component selection, and power delivery.Proven experience with board bring-up, hardware debugging, validation, and technical issue resolution.Experience owning hardware through the full product lifecycle from architecture and design through validation, manufacturing, and production.Strong understanding of firmware and low-level software interactions during hardware bring-up and debugging.
