This highly influential individual contributor role will drive mobile design excellence by creating scalable frameworks, reusable patterns, and best practices that deliver intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences across native and adaptive environments.

What You'll Do

Define and champion a long-term mobile experience strategy.Establish design principles, standards, and decision-making frameworks for mobile products.Create reusable interaction patterns and scalable design solutions for common workflows.Shape high-impact mobile initiatives through design leadership, reviews, and prototyping.Drive consistency and quality across multiple product experiences while balancing platform-specific needs.Partner with cross-functional teams to align design, product, engineering, and research efforts.Build playbooks, guidelines, and enablement programs that empower teams to create exceptional mobile experiences.Use customer insights, research, analytics, and design audits to identify opportunities and guide strategic investments.What We're Looking For:10+ years of experience in Product Design, Mobile UX, Interaction Design, Design Systems, or a related field.Deep expertise in designing native iOS and Android experiences, along with responsive and adaptive solutions.Strong systems-thinking, problem-solving, and interaction design capabilities.Experience creating scalable design frameworks, standards, and reusable patterns.Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, mobile platform guidelines, and enterprise user experiences.Exceptional communication, storytelling, facilitation, and mentoring skills.Experience leveraging research and data to drive design decisions and measure outcomes.

Preferred Experience

Enterprise software, workflow, productivity, or operational technology products.Mobile-first, offline-capable, and AI-enhanced user experiences.Design systems, governance models, and cross-functional communities of practice.Awareness of modern mobile development frameworks and platform capabilities.
