Job Description1. Key Account Management & Business GrowthDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key Tier-1 automotive customerswith different applications, especially Chassis, BMS, Tractions, OBC-DCDC.Own and drive revenue growth, with clear accountability for annual sales targetsIdentify new business opportunities and expand share within existing accounts2. Design-in & Solution PromotionPromote and design-in semiconductor product portfoliosWork closely with customers to understand system requirementsDrive design-win pipeline and ensure project conversion to mass production3. Strategy & Market DevelopmentDevelop account strategies and execute sales plans to maximize revenue and profitabilityMonitor competitor landscape and define product positioning and roadmap alignment4. Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborating with Product Marketing, FAE, and Distribution partnersLead joint customer visits and technical discussionsCoordinate internally to resolve issues related to quality, delivery, pricing, and technical support5. Forecast & Operation ManagementDrive demand forecasting, pipeline management, and order visibilityEnsure alignment between customer demand and supply chain executionTrack KPIs and take corrective actions to meet business targets QualificationsExperience5+ years of experience in semiconductor or electronics industryStrong background in automotive semiconductor salesExperience with China EAST key Tier1 customersTechnical KnowledgeSolid understanding of semiconductor product linesFamiliarity with automotive applications, Chassis, BMS, Tractions, OBC-DCDC experience is a PlusSkills & CompetenciesStrong account management and customer engagement capabilityExcellent communication and negotiation skills.Strategic thinking with execution-driven mindsetAbility to work cross-functionally in global teamsEducationBachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related fieldLanguageFluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) Additional InformationRenesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
