The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.Must-Have Skills:System Integration ExperienceSystem Verification ExperienceFunctional System TestingKey Responsibilities : Develop and execute system-level test plans, procedures, and test cases.Perform functional, integration, verification, and validation testing of complex medical device systems.Execute system tests and analyze test results to ensure product requirements are met.Identify, document, investigate, and communicate product issues and test failures.Perform functional analysis, requirements allocation, interface definition, and system-level assessments.Support system integration and verification activities across hardware and software components.Evaluate technical alternatives, risks, cost, schedule, and system supportability.Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, trade studies, and system-level decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, stakeholders, vendors, and senior customers.Recommend improvements to products, processes, and system performance.Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior engineers when needed.Day-to-Day Activities :Develop TestsExecute TestsIdentify and Troubleshoot Product Issues / Failed TestsProducts Supported :Clinician InstrumentsPatient InstrumentsImplantable StimulatorsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering experience, with a preferred range of 5–10 years.Strong experience with system integration and system verification.Hands-on experience with functional system testing.Ability to work independently with limited supervision.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in complex, cross-functional engineering environments is highly preferred.
