Reporting to the Manager, BOH Team Member Systems, you’ll partner closely with Technology Leads, Operations, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable tools that improve operational efficiency and the team member experience.You’ll independently lead technical analysis and execution for assigned initiatives across Back of House systems, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and practical solutions. You’ll evaluate and optimize system capabilities, support vendor relationships, identify process and technology improvements, and help guide the technical direction for your areas of ownership.Success at CAVA:At CAVA, Sr. Technical Analysts independently manage assigned work while contributing to the success and development of the broader team. What You’ll Do

Evaluate, support, and optimize BOH Team Member Tools, systems, integrations, and related processes to improve reliability, efficiency, functionality, and the team member experience.Gather requirements from business and technology stakeholders and translate business needs into clear technical specifications and implementation plans.Partner with Technology Leads to evaluate solution options, make technical decisions, and define direction for assigned systems.Analyze applications, workflows, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.Support the design, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of technology solutions, including hardware, software, integrations, and network-dependent systems.Maintain clear technical documentation, including system workflows, configurations, support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and integration details.Investigate and resolve technical issues by partnering with internal teams and vendors to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to strengthen stability, usability, security, and supportability.Ensure assigned systems align with CAVA security standards, data protection requirements, and technology best practices.Provide guidance and training to business stakeholders, support teams, and restaurant operations partners to promote effective use of assigned tools.Manage vendor relationships for assigned systems, including issue resolution, project coordination, performance discussions, and enhancement planning.Support initiatives from discovery through implementation by helping manage timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, testing, and stakeholder communication.Act as a trusted technical partner for assigned systems, balancing day-to-day operational support with longer-term roadmap priorities.Stay informed on relevant technology capabilities and restaurant operations to identify opportunities that improve the connected restaurant experience.The Qualifications:4+ years of experience in a Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar technology-focused role.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.Experience supporting technology in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other multi-unit operational environments preferred.Strong ability to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into clear technical solutions.Experience implementing, enhancing, integrating, and supporting systems, applications, hardware, software, or network-dependent tools.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive assigned initiatives forward with limited oversight.Experience with technical documentation, testing, issue resolution, vendor management, and stakeholder communication.Understanding of security, access controls, data protection, and system compliance best practices.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working through ambiguity while escalating risks appropriately.Occasional travel may be required.Physical Requirements:Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipmentMust be able to identify, analyze and assess detailsFor certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 poundsAbility to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectivelyConstantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicableAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe mannerWhat we offer: Competitive salary, plus bonus and long-term incentives*Early Wage Access!Unlimited PTO, paid parental leave, plus paid opportunities to give back to the communityHealth, Dental, Vision, Telemedicine, Pet Insurance plus more!401k enrollment with CAVA contributionCompany-paid STD, LTD, Life and AD&D coverage for salaried positions*Free CAVA foodCasual work environmentThe opportunity to be on the ground floor of a rapidly growing brandAll exempt and non exempt employees are eligible for benefits.
