Sr. Technical Program ManagerAbout ClutterbotClutterbot is building robots to maintain, organise, and reset common public and commercial spaces. We are building a hybrid end-to-end architecture where classical and modern methods work together for maximum reliability and robustness.The roleWe're seeking a creative and experienced Technical Program Manager to drive Robotics initiatives: simulation-to-real workflows, edge deployment pipelines, and hardware integration. You'll own program execution across research, engineering, and product teams to ship robotics solutions at scale. This role is based in Bangalore and requires on-site work at least 3 days a week.What you'll doEnd-to-End Program Execution: Own the roadmap and delivery lifecycle for robotics programs spanning software (perception, control, and autonomy) and hardware (mechanical/electrical).Own end-to-end program execution for robotics software initiatives: requirements, schedules, risk mitigation, and releases.Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across hardware, product, simulation, model training, deployment, on-robot validation and more.Provide independent technical perspective: challenging assumptions, identifying architectural risks, and grounding decisions in sound engineering principles.Drive process improvements to the product lifecycle (PLC), lead release planning.Facilitate technical reviews, triage blockers, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership. Facilitate informed decisions on scope, reliability, cost, and schedule without removing technical ownership from engineering leads.Establish healthy program cadences, metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to keep senior leadership and engineering teams aligned.Risk & Dependency Management: Identify technical bottlenecks and schedule risks early; build and execute scalable mitigation plans before milestones are impacted.What you’ll bringBS or MS in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years in Technical Program Management delivering software-hardware products.Hands-on robotics experience in one or more: simulation-based development, deployment to edge/robot platforms, robot evaluation/benchmarking, sensor integration, autonomous navigation, etc.Strong grasp of foundational concepts in software development and Agile methodologies.Proven success managing complex, multi-team programs with competing priorities.Technical depth sufficient to evaluate engineering proposals, ask probing questions, and offer informed feedback—not just track schedules.Ability to think long-term and build consensus to make programs successful.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of translating deep technical metrics into clear business insights for executivesStrong plusPrior software development or robotics engineering role.Experience navigating hardware/software co-development cycles.Background in autonomous vehicles, manipulation, or mobile robotics platforms.Direct experience with robotics development and simulation platforms. .Familiarity with ML training pipelines, reinforcement learning, or imitation learning workflows.Why Join UsJoin a smart, collaborative, world-class team in a fast-paced and flexible environment.Opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation in robotics and AI.Building a product that people love and use in their daily lives.Friendly people, a nice office environment and flexible working.Work from our new 23,508 sq ft modern office at Haralur Road, designed for focus, teamwork, and execution.
