Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, from understanding requirements and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Source and attract candidates through Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Indeed, databases, referrals, and Boolean search, including passive candidates for difficult technical roles.Recruit across Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, DevOps, ERP, Applications, Software Development, and other IT functions.Manage recruitment targets and candidate pipelines, coordinate with clients and account managers, and support junior recruiters with technical sourcing and screening.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field with 5–8 years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience.Open to Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Teluu, Bengali, Marathi speakers with strong understanding of technical job profiles and ability to understand and screen candidates across IT technologies.Excellent sourcing, Boolean search, candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.UAE/GCC recruitment experience preferred, with experience in technology companies.How to Apply: Send your CV in word format to: ITJOBZ2020 AT GMAIL DOT COM and use “Sr Technical Recruiter” as email subject
