Sr. Technical Sales Engineer

We’re seeking a qualified senior technical sales engineers who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills . The ideal sales engineer has deep experience with manufacturing, the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.Our ideal candidate with have proven experience in one or more of the following market: Defense, Maritime, HVAC, Infrastructure, Industrial and Energy.Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound technical sales inquiries from RFQ through order placement- Review and interpret customer specifications, drawings, and technical requirements- Lead technical clarification discussions with customers- Coordinate with engineering and project management to develop accurate quotes- Support quote revisions, approvals, and order execution- Maintain ongoing customer communication and follow-up- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand customer relationships beyond individual RFQsQualifications- 5–12 years of experience in technical, applications, defense, energy or industrial sales- Experience selling engineered or custom industrial products- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is a plus, but not requiredPreferred Experience- Power generation, refinery, EPC, or industrial plant environments- Products such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers, ducting, or similar engineered systems
