As a Sr. Technical Writer II, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise written and visual content. You will develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, user guides, technical diagrams, workflows, roadmaps, and intranet to support engineers, analysts, and project managers. You will also produce high-quality communications for senior government stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables align with program objectives, client expectations, and security classification requirements.Work is onsite, Clearance is required. Value for our customers.If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!What you’ll do:Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise written content and visual materialsDevelop and maintain system documentation, technical diagrams, SOPs, and user guidesCreate and update technical roadmaps, workflows, and other visual artifacts to support planning and communicationCollaborate with engineers, analysts, and project managers to gather and refine technical requirementsProduce communication materials for senior government stakeholders, both technical and non-technicalEnsure all documentation aligns with project goals, client expectations, and security classification requirementsSupport the development of briefing materials and reports used in recurring client engagementsWork independently to manage documentation tasks and deliverables under tight deadlinesWhat you’ll need to succeed:Active TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance7+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, knowledge manager, or in a similar content-focused role.Experience using a content management system or an intranet (e.g., GitLab, Confluence, Drupal) to publish, maintain, and govern documentation and knowledge assets.Experience developing technical diagrams, charts, and graphics for a variety of audiences.Experience supporting technical teams with writing templates, SOPs, and style guides grounded in human-centered design (HCD) and writing-for-the-web best practices.Ability to work independently, and experience working in an Agile Software environment.SALARY RANGE: $100,000 – $175,000The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
