Sr. Visualization Analyst

Visualization AnalystWe are looking for a Sr Visualization Analyst who has strong experience and skills in Data analytics and Visualization platforms.This role requires a broad knowledge of existing analytics and experience with a variety of structured and unstructured data sources in the CPG/FMCG sector, the ability to collaborate closely and influence others in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment, creativity to invent, customize and work in a multidisciplinary environment to drive business solutions and exposure to new technologies in data, analytics andThis person will lead the business operations – by managing the business deliverables, driving opportunities for automation, Visualization and Insights, partnering closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams. This person would also be responsible for supporting the data transformation processes, improving the data quality of solutions, managing the data customizations and ensuring optimal platform performance.The position will be based in Bangalore, India.Key Responsibilities Lead the activities related to the business operations – weekly, monthly, quarterly data refresh activities; manage delivery of business insight packages to stakeholders Develop Power BI Dashboards Identifying trends, patterns, and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it Manage and resolve data & analytics questions from business partners; conduct hands-on data mining and analysis to identify issues and resolveWork with internal stakeholders to ensure and improve the data quality, data alignment and data dictionary for reporting and automation Test, deploy and maintain data processes, APIs and analytics solutions within analytics environment; improve analytics platform performance Identify and document operations processes and drive solution optimizationQualifications Required Skills And Abilities A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience is required, among 4 years, at least a minimum of 3+ years relevant Data and analytics or Visualization experience is required Proven ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and process observations into actionable recommendations. Experience working with Data engineering platforms like SQL, Python, R, snowflake.Visualization platforms –Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel skills (Formulas, visualizations, Pivot Tables and VBA), Expertise in data-warehousing technologies – Azure, DBT, Data Bricks, Snowflake, SQL/PL-SQL will be an advantage Nielsen/IRI or ecommerce data expertise will be an added advantage Strong written and oral communication skills; good presentation and interpersonal skills Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT partners; excellent ability to lead, influence, empower and encourage others in a collaborative environment Strong problem solving, analytical and design skills Good knowledge of CPG industry, business theory, processes and process improvement methodologies will be helpfulSkills: visualization,power bi,sql,python,r,data analytics,advanced excel skills
