Position Title: Sr. Waiter/Waitress (4 vacancies)Employment Type: Full Time Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A premium Dubai restaurant offering an upscale dining experience inspired by Turkish and Mediterranean hospitality.Job Description:Deliver professional, personalized table service while maintaining premium restaurant and fine-dining service standards.Take orders, explain menu items, recommend dishes and beverages, and maximize revenue through effective upselling.Manage assigned sections independently while coordinating with runners, junior waiters, kitchen, bar and restaurant management. Build strong relationships with guests, handle VIPs and special requests, and resolve service issues professionally to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress, preferably in premium or fine-dining restaurants. Excellent English communication skillsStrong knowledge of fine-dining service standards, including sequence of service, menu presentation, table service, and upselling. Polished, confident, and guest-focused, with strong VIP guest handling and the ability to manage sections independently.
