As we scale, we're investing in the people, processes, and technology that let us deliver an elite, professionally run merch operation for every artist we work with.ROLE SUMMARYThis is the seat that owns the operational backbone of our accounting department — revenue, collections, cash application, commissions, and month-end close.This is a hands-on role for someone who wants full ownership of the close process, not just a piece of it. You'll work closely with our Senior Royalty Accountant, who owns royalty statements, the department's automation build-out, and the Accounts Payable Clerk, while you own everything else.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Revenue Operations - Own retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and tour revenue processing, including weekly invoicing.
• Collections - Manage aging, follow-ups, demand letters, and write-offs across the AR book.
• Cash Application - Apply all cash receipts.
• Commissions & Tax - Process quarterly sales tax returns and wholesale, Ecom, and tour commission payments.
• Month-End Close - Own reconciliations (AR, managed tour revenue), accruals, and reclasses; prepare depreciation expense and fixed asset workpapers.
• Ad Hoc Support - Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as needed, and support the Senior Royalty Accountant whenever needed.WHAT YOU BRING
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience
• Working GAAP knowledge, comfortable with revenue recognition across e-commerce, retail, and touring
• Acumatica or comparable ERP experience a plus
• Collections and AR experience; strong cross-system reconciliation skills
