Staff Accountant

Financial Additions is working with a family office supporting a multi-location restaurant group in the DFW area to hire a Staff Accountant. This position will support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple locations and work closely with the Controller and operations team.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cash reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesProcess vendor invoices and accounts payableProcess check and ACH paymentsAssist with payroll processing and employee onboardingMaintain accurate, audit-ready accounting recordsSupport month-end close and financial reportingAssist with special projects and process improvementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR 5+ years of relevant accounting experienceQuickBooks Enterprise Desktop experience requiredStrong Microsoft Excel skillsRestaurant or multi-unit hospitality accounting experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesThis is a fully in-office opportunity in DFW with a growing, multi-location organization.
