Our Staff Accountant works across Accounting, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Sales, providing the financial accuracy and analysis needed to make strong business decisions.We are looking for someone who is analytical, highly detailed, intellectually curious, and accountable. Wendover’s success in pioneering these industries can be attributed to a steadfast dedication to excellence in all things and attracting the best talent in the industry.Ready to take the next step on your career journey?Key Responsibilities Own key components of the monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reportingAnalyze balance sheet and income statement activity, investigating variances and discrepanciesSupport accounting across inventory, costing, AR, AP, cash, and fixed assetsPartner with Operations and Supply Chain to understand the financial impact of inventory, purchasing, production, and material movementSupport budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reportingTurn financial and operational data into clear, actionable informationStrengthen internal controls and improve the accuracy and efficiency of accounting processesIdentify opportunities to automate, simplify, and build better processesTake ownership of issues through resolutionSkills and Traits Necessary for SuccessData is key to making sound business decisions, and at Wendover, we are looking for team members who bring both technical proficiency and business acumen to the table.You understand that accuracy is the foundation, not the finish line.You ask questions.
