🚀 Hiring: Senior Staff AI Engineer – Agentic AI | Up to $450KWe’re hiring a Senior Staff AI Engineer – Agentic AI to help shape and build production-grade autonomous AI systems at enterprise scale.This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for an engineer who wants broad architectural ownership and the opportunity to influence how agentic AI systems are designed, deployed, evaluated, and scaled across a global organization.🤖 What You’ll Work OnDefine architecture and technical direction for agentic AI systemsBuild production-grade agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool use, and memoryDevelop agent frameworks and orchestration layersDesign and scale RAG, retrieval, and grounding pipelinesBuild LLM infrastructure, inference systems, and model gatewaysEstablish evaluation, observability, safety, and reliability for autonomous AILead technical design reviews across multiple teamsEvaluate emerging LLMs, agent frameworks, and techniques and bring the best approaches into productionMentor senior engineers and raise the engineering bar through technical leadership🛠 Tech EnvironmentLanguages: Python, Go, TypeScriptCloud: AWS / GCP, KubernetesSystems: REST, gRPC, Kafka, event-driven & distributed architecturesAgentic AI: LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAIML: PyTorch, Hugging Face, embeddings, fine-tuning & inferenceData/Validation: Pydantic, ZodOrchestration: Airflow and related workflow technologies🎯 What We’re Looking For8+ years building large-scale distributed systemsStrong hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, or advanced ML infrastructureDeep understanding of planning, tool use, memory, orchestration, and evaluationExperience owning complex systems spanning multiple teams or productsStrong backend, API, data pipeline, cloud, and distributed-systems fundamentalsExperience with workflow engines, async processing, queues, and streaming systemsAbility to turn ambiguous technical problems into reliable production systemsStrong technical influence without needing formal authority⭐ Bonus PointsAgentic AI experience within fintech or another regulated industryFounding engineer / early technical leadership experience in AI productsOpen-source contributions to AI or agent frameworksExperience with fine-tuning, model optimization, and inference pipelinesTrack record building autonomous AI systems that real customers rely on💰 Compensation: Up to $450KThis is an opportunity to work on agentic AI at serious enterprise scale, where safety, reliability, explain ability, and production engineering matter as much as model capability.Interested, or know someone exceptional?
